摘要
论文结合数据链技术和组网方式的特点,以切换的成功率和对系统的通信影响最小为原则,设计了三种越区切换算法并进行了比较分析。
Combined Data-link technique and characteristics of network organization,this paper designed 3handover algorithms and compared the performance with each other based on two principles：the least influence to communications of system and the highest rate of successful handovers.
