右美托咪定辅助局麻在鼻息肉摘除术中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 鼻息肉是临床常见病,多发于中老年人,手术多用局部麻醉,需要患者密切配合,由于局麻作用常不完善,患者因疼痛、紧张、恐惧,导致血压、心率升高,增加了手术难度,同时围术期心脑血管意外的概率也增加,因此充分的镇静、镇痛非常重要。选择降低此类患者围术期应激反应药物,近年来已受到关注密切。盐酸右美托咪啶具有镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑作用,且无呼吸抑制,在全身麻醉中复合使用报道较多,局麻下手术中使用报道少见。本文旨在观察右美托咪啶用于局麻下鼻息肉摘除术患者的镇静作用及其安全性。
