摘要
目的观察应用玉屏风胶囊联合咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效、安全性和复发率。方法60例慢性荨麻疹患者分为观察组和对照组，各30例。观察组口服咪唑斯汀10mg 1次/d,联合玉屏风胶囊2粒3次/d；对照组仅口服咪唑斯汀，用法用量同观察组。两组均连续服药6周。观察对比两组患者的临床疗效、复发率、药物不良反应。结果观察组总有效率96.7%（29/30），停药1个月后随访半年内复发2例，治疗期间发生不良反应2例；对照组总有效率80%（24/30），停药1个月后随访半年内复发7例，治疗期间发生不良反应1例。两组临床疗效、复发率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），两组药物不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论玉屏风胶囊联合咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著，不但能够有效控制和消除临床症状，且能有效预防复发。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effects,safety and recurrence rate of jade screen capsules combining with mizolastine for the chronic urticaria and the recurrence rate. Methods From June 2012 to March 2013, 60 cases of chronic urticaria patients with clinical diagnosis of dermatology standards were enrolled in this study. According to the digital meter extraction method, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases each. Oral imidazole group （10 mg QD, joint capsule 2 grain of dar, jade screen The control group only oral imidazole, usage and dosage group. Both groups for just 4 weeks. To observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients by comparing the recurrence rate, incidence of adverse drug reactions. Results Observation group had total effective rate （29/30,96.7%）, drug withdrawal within one year after one month follow-up recurrence in 2 cases, adverse reactions during treatment in 2 cases;the control group had total effective rate of 24/30 （%）, 7 cases of relapse within half year of the follow-up after drug withdrawal for one month, adverse reactions during the treatment, 1 case. Two groups of clinical curative effect, the recurrence rate is significantly difference （P〈0.05）, statistically significant;the incidence of adverse drug reactions was no significantly different between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Jade screen capsule combining with mizolastine has a good effect for the treatment of chronic urticaria, not only can effectively control and eliminate the clinical symptoms, but can effectively prevent hives of relapse, which makes it worth of clinical promotion.
