摘要
油茶栽培过程中开展成林垦复、抚育管理用工量大,利用机械化技术可以极大提高标准园艺化油茶栽培的整地效率,从而大大提高油茶的产量。为此,设计了一款用于油茶林垦复和抚育的圆盘犁,通过Pro/E和CAD软件绘制了其三维图和工程图并制造了样机,分析了圆盘犁各部件的特征以及作用,并且在不同的土壤中进行了多次试验。试验结果表明,该机能够切断作物茎秆,克服土壤中的砖石碎块,并且能适应坡度在25°以下的荒地作业,从而达到翻耕油茶林的目的。
Due to Camellia forest cultivation and tending needs much labor and time , the standard gardening of Camellia cultivated and its soil preparation efficiency can be greatly increased by means of soil mechanization technology , therefore the products of camellia fruits can be greatly improved .A disc plow for Camellia reclamation and tending was designed by using Pro/E and CAD software , through which model machine was produced , the characteristics and the effect of the disc plow parts were analyzed ,and several times cultivation experiments in different soil was implemented .Experimental re-sults show that the disc plow can cut off the crop stalks ,and work efficiently at wasteland under the slope of 25 degree, so as to achieve the goal of reclamation of the camellia forest .
