摘要
通过对温185薄壳核桃进行压缩试验,研究不同压缩方向核桃壳仁体破裂状况,分析螺母孔径和核桃横径对核桃壳破裂和高路仁率的影响。结果表明,温185薄壳核桃沿纵向压缩壳仁完全分离、碎仁少,在32mm螺母上纵向压缩制得的核桃仁以高路仁为主,横径37mm的核桃经压缩整仁率达40%,螺母内径与核桃横径之比为0.865∶1。
Through research of Wen 185 pellicular walnut compression testing method ,the objective of this study was to establish the analytical of shell-breaking and fetching-kernel for walnut , on the basis of different loading directions , pore size of nut and transve diameter of walnut .The shell breaking of the walnut shell was and tested under different condi-tions of pressure , analyzed the relation of shell smash degree and shell -kernel separation characteristic from different loading directions , under a series of pore size of nut and transve diameter of walnut .The resulted showed that when along parallel direction of the lengthways diameter of walnut was forced , the kernel-obtaining ratio was higher , broken kernel ratio was less , and the quantities of producing kernel in accordance with excellent character were more .Walnut was forced to break in the 32mm diameter pore size of nut , it made more intact kernel , and the comprehensive effect was fair-ly good.For 37mm transve diameter walnut breaking shell , the rate of whole kernel reached 40%, the ratios of pore size of nut and transve diameter of walnut was 0 .865:1 .
