基于Jmatpro的高频感应弯板成型研究

摘要 针对有限元分析中缺少材料的热物理性能参数问题,结合实例阐述了基于Jmatpro的高频感应弯板成型在数值模拟仿真中的应用。首先,介绍了一种新的钢板热成型工艺以及如何应用Jmatpro对45号钢的热物理性能进行分析并加以修正;然后根据高频感应弯板成型的仿真结果与实验数据进行对比分析验证;从而为各种钢的高温物理性能参数计算提供了可靠的理论依据,为以后焊接等各种热处理工艺和仿真提供了相应指导。 Finite Element Analysis for the lack of thermophysical properties of the material parameters of the problem, the paper elaborated with examples of high-frequency induction based Jmatpro curved plate forming in the numerical simulation application. Firstly, introduces a new plate heat molding process and how to apply Jmatpro on 45 steel thermal physical properties were analyzed and corrected; then molded under high frequency induction bending simulation results were compared with experimental data verification; thus for a variety of physical properties of steel at high temperature parameter calculation provides a reliable theoretical basis for various heat treatment after welding and simulation provides the corresponding guidance.
