摘要
为准确测量大气条件下的离子迁移率,基于平行平板离子流产生与测量法,搭建了平行平板离子流发生器,测量并讨论了该发生器测量区域的场均匀性,推导出使用该平行平板离子流发生器测量离子迁移率的方法。结果表明,平行平板电极上极板网面的理想程度决定了该装置的测量准确度;由于网面存在"喷泉"现象,因此采用平行平板法直接测量离子迁移率时会产生误差。当极板电压在600~1 200 V之间时,采用由下极板电场强度反推上极板电位的矫正方法所得到的大气中的正、负离子迁移率与实际值相符。
In order to measure the ion mobility in real air condition precisely, we built a parallel-plate ion flow generator based on the parallel-plate ion flow generation and its measurement method. The field uniformity in the measurement area of this generator was measured and discussed. Then we deduced the method for measuring ion mobility measurement with the generator. The results show that the idealization extent of the upper plate net of parallel-plate electrodes determines precision of the device. Because of the ‘spray' on the upper plate net, there will be errors in the direct measurement results of ion mobility using this parallel-plate method. Moreover, when the parallel-plate voltage is in the range of 600~1 200 V, the measured values of positive and negative ion mobility in real air condition, which are processed using the correction method of deducing the voltage of the upper electrode plate from the electric field of the bottom electrode plate, are consistent with their actual values.
