摘要 以刺槐为试验材料,研究了刺槐种子吸水规律及不同温度和PEG胁迫对种子萌发的影响,旨在明确刺槐种子萌发对温度和干旱胁迫的适应性条件,以期为刺槐资源开发及植被恢复和生态建设提供理论依据.结果表明,刺槐种子在吸胀24 h后种子吸水率达到58.75%,并在44h后种子开始萌发;在5~35℃时,刺槐种子均能萌发,但5℃时种子萌发率很低,只有1%,20℃时种子萌发达到最高响应,萌发率高于其他温度处理;不同PEG胁迫对刺槐种子萌发具有一定的延缓作用,萌发率随PEG浓度的增加整体呈下降趋势.对照处理中,萌发率最高为59.33%,20% PEG处理的萌发率为42%,显著低于对照. In order to define the seed germination adaptability to temperature and drought stress,a study of water absorption of Robinia pseudoacacia seed and the effect of temperature and PEG stress on its seed germination were conducted.The results showed that the water absorption rate was 58.75% after 24 h,and the seeds of R.pseudoacacia began germinate after soaking in water for 44 h.R.pseudoacacia seeds germinated at a constant temperature of 5 ℃ to 35 ℃,but seed germination percentage was only 1% at 5 ℃,when the temperature was 20 ℃,the germination percentage was highest.The results also indicated that PEG solution of different concentration could delay the germination of seeds in different drought stress,and with degree of drought stress increased,germination percentage decreased.The germination percentage was highest for 59.33% in control treatment,and when the concentration of PEG solution was 20%,the germination percentage was significantly lower than in control treatment.
