摘要
通过理论分析与试验相结合的方法,对移置、半固定带式输送机结构部件用低合金高强度钢Q345E的焊接工艺进行了分析,着重解决其焊接接头低温(-40℃)冲击性能以达到技术要求,并在实际产品中得以应用。使用"焊接地图"对产品中关键重要焊缝的整个生命周期进行管理和控制,实现对每条关键焊缝的可追溯性。
Through theoretical analysis and experimental study, the welding technology for transposition and semi-fixed belt conveyor by using high strength low alloy steel Q345E was analyzed, focusing on improving its low temperature impact performance of welded joints(-40℃)to meet the technical requirements and achieving the actual application to coal production. “Welding map” was used to manage and control the entire life cycle of key weld joint, achieving the traceability of each key weld joint.
