摘要
用酪酸梭菌 ( Clostridium butyricum)和婴儿型双歧杆菌 ( Bifidobacterium Infantis)对产气荚膜梭菌 ( Clostriduim perfringens)进行试管内的生物拮抗试验。将酪酸梭菌、婴儿型双歧杆菌及酪酸梭菌和婴儿型双歧杆菌分别对产气荚膜梭菌以一定的比例等量混合接种于 GAM液体培养基中进行厌氧培养。实验证明酪酸梭菌和婴儿型双歧杆菌能明显抑制产气荚膜梭菌的生长 。
This paper investigated antagonism of Bifidobacterism infantis LcL172 and Clostridium butyricum LcL166 against Clostridium perfringens NCTC8798 strain in vitro Either of LCL166 and LCL172 or both was mixed with proportionally C perfringens in GAM culture media respectively In the meantime C perfringens was incubated in GAM culture as a control During anaerobic incubation C perfringens was counted at intervals As a result,the multiplication of C perfringens was inhibited by either of LCL 172 or LCL166 or both of them significantly Both were able to restrain more multiplication of C perfringens than either of them It may be resulted from the inhibiting action of the organic acid produced by LCL172 and LCL166 by which lowed the growth of C perfringens was inhibited due to the decreased pH of the culture
