摘要
基于矢量调频技术,应用全流量补偿方案,计算预设油膜厚度与实际油膜厚度导致的静压腔所需油量,利用数控系统控制变频器调整伺服电机的转速,即修正小流量多头泵的供油量,对大型机床静压导轨的油膜厚度进行精确补偿,提高定位精度。
In this paper, based on vector modulation tech- niques, full flow compensation scheme is used to calculate the static pressure cavity design of oil film thickness and the actual oil film thickness to the required oil quantity, control frequency con- vener to adjust the speed servo motor of CNC system, namely the amount of oil modified smafl flow multi-head pump, precise com- pensation for oil film thickness on large machine hydrostatic guide- way, improve the positioning accuracy.
