摘要
针对目前在役混凝土箱梁桥腹板开裂问题,采用有限元数值分析方法,从优化设计方面对箱梁腹板竖向预应力筋布设角度和布设间距等竖向预应力效应关键问题进行研究,研究结果表明,竖向预应力筋倾斜布设可一定程度上增加箱梁腹板压应力储备,而合理布设角度与腹板主拉应力方向相关,并依据竖向预应力效应扩散规律,提出了竖向预应力筋合理布设间距确定公式。
According to the cracks on web of active concrete box girder bridge, the paper adopts the finite element analysis method, researches the key points for the vertical prestress effect of the box girder web from the optimal design, proves by the research result that the tilt layout for the vertical prestress should add the box girder web pressure stress storage and the relationship between the reasonable layout degree and the web main tensioning stress direction, and points out the reasonable identification method for the layout distance of the vertical prestress by referring to the diffusion rule for the vertical presstress effect.
