摘要
选取福建省2010-2012年相关社会经济数据和土地利用数据,根据区域用地状况评价指标体系选取原则,建立全省各设区市区域用地状况评价指标体系,采用定性分析和定量分析结合的方法对各区域用地状况进行综合评价。研究结果表明:福建省各设区市区域用地节约集约水平普遍较粗放,但纵向相比则存在沿海较山区地市集约水平高的明显差异。文章针对福建省各设区市建设用地节约集约利用存在的问题,从土地管理的角度提出有利于提高建设用地节约集约利用水平的相关对策和建议。
According to the rule to appraise area land use,the article chose the data from 2010 to 2012 related to economy and land use to build the evaluation system of synthetic appraisal of economical and intensive use in every districts in Fujian Province in order to make the qualitative and quantitative overall merit research. The results show that the land’s economical and intensive use in the districts of Fujian is generally extensive. But through vertical comparison among the districts,we found that the level between coastal areas and in-land areas varies greatly. We also put forward some suggestions about how to improve the economical and intensive use of every district through land market administration.
