摘要
目的:探讨金匮肾气丸治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选取我校附属医院收治的91例2型糖尿病肾病患者按随机数字表法分成2组,对照组给予糖尿病肾病基础西医治疗,治疗组同时给予金匮肾气丸治疗,疗程1个月,并比较2组的治疗疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗前后组间和组内空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、24 h尿蛋白定量统计分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组有效率为86.67%,优于对照组有效率65.21%,且2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:西医基础治疗结合金匮肾气丸治疗糖尿病肾病疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of Jingui Shenqi pills on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods： Ninety one patients of type 2 diabetic nephropathy were randomized into two groups,control group consisted of 46patients who received western medicine,the treatment group consisted of 45 patients who treated by Jingui Shenqi pill combined with western medicine. Each group was treated for 1 month,then the therapeutical effects were compared between two groups. Results： There was significant difference in the fasting blood glucose,2 hour postprandial blood glucose and urinary albumin excretion rate in two groups before and after treatment（ all P〈0. 05）. The effective rate in the treatment group 86. 67% was significantly higher than that of control group 65. 21%,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The treatment effect of Jingui Shenqi pills for type 2 diabetic nephropathy is obvious,it is worthy of clinical application.
