以“CRP理论”为指导,分析家长的择师现象

The Analysis of Parents’ Teacher Selection Based on the CRP Theory

摘要 当今,幼儿园家长的“择师现象”越来越严重.本文运用John Smyth“批判性反思实践(CRP)理论”,通过描述、了解、正视、重构,剖析了家长“择师现象”背后的问题:权力之争、信任缺失、优质资源不平衡、收费之弊等.研究者进而以“CRP理论”为指导,提出应对家长“择师现象”的策略:通过“合作小组”“同龄对班”共享优质教师资源,全面提高教师的专业水平;分层安排,稳定高段、低段教师配备方案;营造和谐园所文化,形成家园双方平等对话机制;建立园级、班级家长委员会,架构畅通的沟通渠道;举办家长学校,帮助家长树立科学的育儿理念. Currently, it is a fact that many parents "select teachers". Adopting Critical Reflection Theory (CRP), this paper describes, faces up to, restructures and analyzes this issue. The major problems include competition for power, lack of trust, imbalance of good resources, and unreasonable charges. Based on CRP theory, the author suggests some strategies to deal with this situation. The strategies include: sharing good teacher resources by "cooperation group", tracking arrangement to stabilize teacher assignment plan, creating harmonious kindergarten culture, setting parents-kindergarten communication system, setting parents committees at class level and kindergarten level, opening up communication channels, starting parents school, and helping parents learn scientific ideas of early childhood education.
