摘要
PTA废水中含有较高的对苯二甲酸(TA)、对二甲苯(PX)以及Co2+、Mn2+等抑制物质,针对现状废水处理工艺存在的TA去除率低、缺乏有效的Co2+、Mn2+处理措施,导致二级处理出水水质无法满足膜系统再生处理进水水质要求的问题,提出了适合大规模PTA废水再生处理的工艺流程,为提高回用水率提供思路。
PTA wastewater contains relatively high concentration of terephthalic acid (TA), paraxylene (PX), and some inhibiting substances including Co2+ , and Mn2+ , and so on. At present, there are some problems in the wastewater treatment process, including low TA removal rate and lacking of effective Co2+ , and Mn2+ treatment measures, which caused the problem that efflu- ent after secondary treatment still could not meet the water quality requirement of the influent of the membrane wastewater reclamation system. To solve these problems, this paper put forward the proper process for the large scale PTA wastewater reclamation system, which might offer reference for the improvement of wastewater reclamation rate.
