摘要
本研究以湖南第一师范学院免费师范生为研究对象,采用苗元江编制的《综合幸福量表》,研究地方师范院校免费师范生总体主观幸福感水平、主观幸福感各维度的差异并探讨提升免费师范生主观幸福感的策略。调查结果表明:(1)主观幸福感总体状况良好;(2)幸福感各维度得分从高到低依次是友好关系、健康关注、自我价值、利他行为、人格成长、生命活力、正性情感、生活满意、负性情感;(3)幸福感部分维度在人口学统计指标上面存在显著差异(p<0.05)。建议从引导免费师范生及早进行人生规划、重视和谐班集体的构建、引导学生关注积极生活事件提高愉快体验等方面去提升免费师范生幸福感各维度水平,更好地进行心理健康教育,提升地方师范院校免费师范生的培养质量。
In this study ,562 tuition-free pedagogical students of Hunan First Normal University were chosen as the research objects . By using Miao Yuanjiang's ?comprehensive happiness scale&quot;questionnaires ,we studied overall level of SWB( subjective well-being ) and explored differences in each dimension of SWB as well as suggestions on how to enhance SWB .The result showed that subjective well-being of free normal students are generally good , happiness score from high to low are friendly relations , health care , self-value , altruistic behavior , personality development , vitality , positive affect , life satisfaction , negative emotion , and there are significant differences between part of happiness dimensions in the demographic indicators ( p 〈0.05) .In order to promote SWB level and improve the quality of free education , tuition-free pedagogical students should be guided to make life planning early , to construct harmonious class ,and to focus on positive life events to enhance happiness lev el .
