摘要
目的探讨老年2型糖尿病低血糖患者的治疗和护理模式。方法对糖尿病低血糖患者32例治疗和整体护理。结果糖尿病低血糖患者31例好转出院,1例患者呈植物状态。结论低血糖是糖尿病患者的常见并发症,如不及时处理会带来严重的并发症甚至会危及患者的生命。医务人员、患者及家属必须密切动态观察病情,加强患者的健康教育,掌握饮食及运动变化情况,合理使用降糖药物,鉴别Somogyi现象和黎明现象,不可盲目变更药物剂量。防治无症状性低血糖。一旦发生了低血糖反应,应及时处理。
Objective To investigate the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes low blood sugar and nursing mode. Methods 32 patients with diabetes low blood sugar treatment and holistic nursing. Results Diabetes patients with hypoglycemia 31 cases were improved, 1 patient had become a vegetative state. Conclusion Hypoglycemia is a common complication of diabetes mellitus, if not treated in time will lead to serious complications and even endanger the patient＇s life. Medical staff, patients and their families must closely dynamic observation condition, strengthen the patient＇s health education, grasp the changes in diet and exercise, the rational use of hypoglycemic drugs, identify somogyi phenomenon and the dawn phenomenon, not blindly change doses. The prevention and treatment of asymptomatic hypoglycemia. Once the hypoglycemia reaction happened, should be timely treatment.
