摘要
工程建设项目招投标工作中的评标环节旨在选择最能够实现招标人价值目标的投标人.针对现行工程建设项目评标所存在的不足,在整合层次分析法和0～4评分法而确定功能指标权重基础上,运用价值工程原理对评标工作进行价值分析,进而构建出新的评审模型,并且通过某高校工程评标实例验证其可行性和操作性.
Tenderee can make the best of the engineering and construction projects via of tendering for bidders. According to the problems existed in evaluation process for engineer projects, the paper tried to introduce value engineering into bidding evaluation and set up a new bidding evaluation model which those index＇ proportion were calculated by the AHP Method and the Awarding Grade with 0-4 Method. It employed examples to analyze this evaluation model with the application of value engineering for the sake of verifying its feasibility and practicability.
