摘要
山区拥有丰富的森林资源,同时也是生态脆弱的地区。山区经济发展可为生态建设提供驱动力,同时林业生态建设也能为山区的综合发展提供良好的物质基础和生态保障。基于湖南省湘西州林业和社会经济的特点,对实现林业生态建设与山区发展相协调的发展模式进行了探索,提出林业经济驱动、生态恢复与保护、森林生态服务市场化和特色林业产业发展四种模式,为实现湘西自治州生态保护和经济发展相互协调的目标提供依据和参考。
Mountain area was rich in forest resources, as well as ecological fragile areas. The economic development could provide the driving force for ecological construction in mountain area. Forestry ecological construction also could provide good material basis for comprehensive development and ecological protection. Based on the characteristics of forestry and social economy in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, four different coordination modes were put forward in this paper：Forestry economy driven mode, ecological restoration and protection mode, forest ecosystem services marketization mode and specialty forest industry mode, which would help the realization of the coordination of ecological protection and economic development goals.
