摘要
目前,建设真正意义上的方志馆并没有成熟的经验可供示范和借鉴。但随着社会对方志馆概念认识的不断拓展,其社会功能也在不断提升。文章对方志馆的规划、建设、布展、运营管理等提出若干思考和主张,认为方志馆的建筑设计,应表达出对地域文明的理解和传承;方志馆地情展厅的布展设计,应重视参观者的交流与体验,还要尽量运用现代科技手段,精彩体现地方特色;方志馆藏书的排列,应自成藏用体系和体现地情特点;方志馆应同时建设数字方志馆,实现资源共享;方志馆的建设和运营要建立科学的管理体制。
At present,the construction of a local records museum in the real sense has no mature experiences or examples to follow.However,along with the constant expansion of the social recognition of the concept of a local records museum,its social function is being upgraded gradually.This article makes some reflections and proposals concerning the planning,construction,exhibits arrangement,operation and management of local records museums.It takes the view that the planning and construction of a local records museum should reflect one's understandings and inheritance of the civilization of the region;the exhibits arrangement of the local information exhibition hall should pay attention to the experiences and communication among visitors,and apply modern technology to the fullest extent to demonstrate the local characteristics;the arrangements of book collections of a local records museum should reflect the features of local information and have a unique system of storage and usage;a digital local records museum should be constructed alongside the local records museum itself to realize sharing of resources;and the construction and operation of a local records museum should have scientific management system.
