摘要
Counter体系已经成为网络化电子资源使用统计报告数据处理的国际化标准。文章以哈尔滨工业大学图书馆购买的360 Counter统计数据为基础,在使用成本和文献需求等方面对IEL数据库的使用情况进行分析,探索加强科学合理地建设电子资源的方法,以优化图书馆资源结构,进而提升信息服务质量。
Nowadays the Counter system has been an international standard for data process by using of usage statistical report of online electronic resources. Based on Counter, it made an analysis of the utilization of IFL to construct electronic resources rationally, integrate the structure of resources of the library, upgrade the service quality of librarians and raise the utilization efficiency of databases.
