摘要
本文以北京市某区养老方式与服务调查数据为基础,采用理论与实证分析相结合的方法,在了解北京市老年人养老方式选择总体状况的同时,全面分析影响北京市老年人养老方式选择的因素,研究结果表明户籍、婚姻状况、收入、房产状况、子女数量、养老观念和生活自理状况均对老年人养老方式选择产生影响。
The aim of this paper is to acknowledge the status of the select of pension methods in Beijing and to complete a comprehensive analysis of its influencing factors, based on the data of the research of pension methods and service in a district in Beijing in the way of combining theory and empirical study. The results showed that household registration, marital status, income, housing situation, quantity of children, endowment concept and independent living conditions all affect the select of pension methods of the elderly.
