摘要
试验室模拟聚甲醛粉料在储存罐内的储存条件,进行48 h粉料储存试验。用热重法(TGA)及气相色谱(GPC)研究了不同放置时间粉料的热失重率、重均相对分子质量变化、低分子齐聚物变化及熔融指数(MFR)变化规律。结果表明随着粉料放置时间增加粉料热失重率增加;重均相对分子质量下降;随着粉料放置时间增加低分子齐聚物含量大大增加;但在48 h内,其MFR没有变化。
A series of simulated experiments were designed to research the heat stability of the ployoxymethylene(POM) powder in the range of 0 ~ 48 h storage time. The change laws of weight loss,Mw,the content of low molecular weight copolymer and the rule of change of its MFR,were investigated by TGA and GPC. The TGA testing results show that heat weight loss of POM is higher with the storage time longer. The GPC testing results showed that the storage time is longer and the Mw is lower and the content of low molecular weight copolymer become much higher. The MFR testing result showed that which is no different within 48 h.
