摘要
目的分析28例易发凝血功能紊乱疾病患者的血栓弹力图(thrombelastography,TEG)检测结果参数及图形变化,探讨其在诊治中的应用价值。方法选择28例凝血功能易发紊乱的疾病患者和26例健康志愿者,抽取抗凝血,按TEG检测仪标准操作规程由专人进行TEG检测。结果 28例患者的TEG检测中R时间、K时间、α角及最大振幅MA的异常比例分别为46.4%、14.3%、21.4%和14.3%;与26例健康志愿者TEG检测结果相比较,差异有显著性。结论 TEG可以反映易发凝血功能紊乱疾病患者的凝血全貌,及时准确判断患者凝血功能,指导临床治疗。
Objective To detect and analyze twenty-eight patients with probable abnormal coagulation profiles by thrombelas-tography（TEG）,and to explore the clinical value.Methods Twenty-eight patients with suspected abnormal coagulation were selected and their anticoagulant blood samples were withdrawn and tested by the standard operation procedure of TEG.Results Among the four parameters,abnormal proportions of the R time,K time,angle α and maximum amplitude（MA） were 46.4%,14.3%,21.4% and 14.3%,respectively.There were significant differences in the TEG results in comparison with healthy volunteers.Conclusions TEG can reflect the coagulation profiles of patients likely to have coagulopathy,the detection of which will be valuable in timely therapies and therapeutic evaluation.
