摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径(CNP)在甲亢患者治疗中的应用。方法将入选的110例甲亢患者随机分为对照组55例和观察组55例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组执行CNP,比较两组平均住院时间、健康知识评分、对护理满意度评分和满意达标率。结果观察组平均住院时间明显少于对照组,观察组健康知识评分、对护理工作满意度评分和满意达标率均明显高于对照组,比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 CNP有利于全面提高对甲亢患者的护理质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway （CNP） in treating patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods 110 selected patients with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 55 cases in each group. Results Routine nursing was performed for patients in the control group, and patients in the observation group were treated with CNP. Then such indexes were compared between the two groups as average hospital stay, health knowledge grade, nursing satisfaction grade and standard reaching rate of satisfaction. Conclusions CNP contributes to a comprehensive enhancement of nursing quality for patients with hyperthyroidism, and is appropriate for broad application.
