术前口服碳水化合物对体温调节的影响 被引量:6

摘要 人类是恒温动物,需要恒定的体温[1]。麻醉和手术可导致人体体温调节系统紊乱并产生低体温。为防止病人术中和术后低体温,临床上常采用加温输液、输血以及吸入空气的加温湿化。最近研究表明:增强自身代谢形成能量和热量可以提高体温[2]。在体温调节系统完整的健康受试者的肠道内灌入蛋白质或者是氨基酸能够激发产热并且升高体温[3]。氨基酸溶液能够提高机体所有自主神经体温调节防御系统的阈值。
