摘要
目的研究免疫标记PAX-8(配对盒基因-8)、CK19(细胞角蛋白19)、HBME-1(人骨髓内皮-1)和Galectin-3(半乳糖凝集素-3)在甲状腺乳头状癌和结节性甲状腺肿的表达情况,探讨有助于鉴别诊断高分化甲状腺癌的标记或标记组合,为临床病理的鉴别诊断提供依据。方法收集包头市第四医院和包头市第七医院病理科存档甲状腺乳头状癌标本40例和结节性甲状腺肿伴乳头状增生标本40例。应用免疫组织化学分别检测两组组织表达PAX-8、CK19、HBME-1和Galectin-3的情况。结果免疫标记PAX-8在PTC主要共表达于细胞核和细胞浆,且具有良好的鉴别诊断价值,提示PAX-8有成为PTC诊断标记的潜在应用价值。结论 PAX-8联合HBME-1弥漫高表达或CK19弥漫高表达联合HBME-1弥漫高表达,均有助于提高PTC与NG的鉴别诊断能力。
Objective To research immune markers PAX- 8 (paired box gene-8) , CK19 (cytokeratin 19), HBME-1 (human bone marrow endothelial-I ) and Galectin 3 (galactose lectin-3 ) in thyroid papillary carcinoma and the expression of nodular goiter, to discuss the solution which can help the differential diagnosis of well-differentiated thyroid carcinoma or marking combination, and provide the basis for the differential diagnosis of clinical pathology. Methods Collected 40 cases with nodular goiter and 40 cases with papillary hyperplasia cases from archive of Baotou Fourth Hospital and Baotou Seventh Hospital. Applied immunohistochemistry (IHC) method, and expressions of both groups were detected in PAX-8, CK19, and Galectin HBME-1-3. Results Immune markers such as PAX-8 in PTC were maiinly used in expression of the nucleus and cytoplasm, and have good value in differential diagnosis, which suggest PAX-8 is the potential PTC diagnostic markers. Conclusions PAX joint HBME-1-8 diffuses high expression or CK19 diffuse express joint HBME-1 diffuses high expression can help to improve the differential diagnosis of PTC and NG.
