摘要
部队体能训练是军事训练的重要组成部分,根据江西省武警机动中队武警战士体能训练的情况,对武警部队战士的有氧耐力采用最大摄氧量的直接测定法进行测试,根据不同的有氧耐力水平,将武警战士分组,并进行五公里的耐力测试,对武警战士的体能训练效果进行分析。结果显示有氧耐力水平和训练成绩呈正比;不同有氧耐力水平武警战士的训练成绩进步幅度不同。有氧耐力水平优秀的武警战士,训练前后的成绩对比不明显,有氧耐力水平良好的武警战士的进步幅度为最大,有氧耐力水平较差的次之。由此我们得出,有氧耐力,它决定运动员的有氧耐力水平。有规律且持之以恒的训练对体能的维持和提高起决定作用,部队在注重专业训练的同时,应该坚持进行体能训练,保持训练的连续性,保证武警战士有一个良好的体能。
The soldiers of Jiangxi Provincial People's Armed Police Tactical are divided into different groups and the aerobic endurance of them are tested with the direct measurement of vo2.The results show that the level of aerobic endurance training is proportional to the training achievement.The training effect of different aerobic endurance level police soldier is different.Armed police officers who own the excellent level of oxygen endurance have little change between before training and after training; Armed police officers who own the good lever of oxygen endurance make the biggest progress; Armed police officers who own the poor level of oxygen endurance ranked second.Thus,It is concluded that aerobic endurance determines the level of aerobic endurance athletes.The regular and sustained training play a decisive role in maintaining and improving physical ability.While focusing on professional training troops,physical training should be adhered to maintain the continuity of training and to ensure the armed police have good physical fitness.
