摘要
从宏观的、量化的角度探讨东南亚潮人社会与潮汕侨乡间通过侨批经营网络而进行的广泛的侨批互动。通过对1911-1949年东南亚与华南间侨汇与侨信的双向考察,揭示出侨批互动中的双重变动——侨汇与侨信的变动、维持性侨汇与改善性侨汇的变动,它们分别体现了侨批互动稳定性与奕动性并存的双重特征,同时也表明了海外华人与侨乡社会互动关系中的双重机制。
This paper explores the interactions of the remittance-mails between Chanshan communities in Southeast Asia and their hometown through the Remittance-mails network. Through a study of the statistical data of the remittance and mails during 1911-1949,this paper discovers the dual dynamics of the social and economical interactions between the overseas Chinese and their hometown.
