摘要
为了解中小学教师工作压力现状与特点,采用"中小学教师职业压力源量表"对珠三角地区387名中小学教师进行了调查。结果发现:1.珠三角地区中小学教师的工作压力较大,工作压力源主要是社会、学生、学校管理等;2.珠三角地区中小学教师的工作压力存在教龄差异,工作10年以上教师的工作压力显著大于工作5年以下教师的工作压力;3.珠三角地区小学教师的工作压力较大。
This study investigates the teachers＇ work stress by applying a measure on 387 primary and sec- ondary teachers from the Pearl River Delta Region of China. The results indicate： that the teachers in this region are under relatively high work stress which is mainly caused by such factors as social circumstance, students and school administration; that those with more than 10 years teaching experience involve significantly higher work stress than those with less than 5 years teaching experience; and that the primary teachers experience more work stress than the secondary teachers.
