摘要
目的观察足三里联合三阴交艾灸促进腹部术后胃肠功能恢复的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将120例腹部手术后患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组给予腹部术后常规护理措施,治疗组在对照组的基础上加足三里联合三阴交艾灸。观察并记录两组患者疼痛评分及肠鸣音恢复、第一次肛门排气及腹胀缓解时间。结果治疗组患者术后各时间段VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<O.05,P<O.01);治疗组患者肠鸣音恢复、第一次肛门排气及腹胀缓解时间明显少于对照组(P<O.01)。结论足三里联合三阴交艾灸对减轻腹部术后疼痛及促进胃肠蠕动功能恢复疗效明显,对腹部手术后恢复具有积极作用。
Objective To observe the effect ofmoxibustion at Zusanli （ST36） and Sanyinjiao （SP6） for promoting gastrointestinal function after abdominal operation.Method Totally 120 patients undergone abdominal operation were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,60 in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing care after abdominal operation,while the treatment group was given moxibustion at Zusanli and Sanyinjiao in addition to the same nursing care.The Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） score,regain of borborygmus,initial anal gas evacuation,and relief time of abdominal bloating.Result The VAS scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group at different time points （P＜0.05,P＜0.01）; the time taken for regain of borborygmus,initial anal gas evacuation and relief of abdominal bloating in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （P＜0.01）.Conclusion Moxibustion at Zusanli and Sanyinjiao produces a significant efficacy in reducing pain after abdominal operation and promoting gastrointestinal peristalsis,acting in a positive manner in the recovery after abdominal operation.
