玉米秸秆氨化中不同尿素水平对其品质的影响 被引量:6

摘要 将秸秆分为5组,分别添加尿素0、1%、2%、3%和4%进行袋贮,密闭34 d后,分别取样分析干物质、pH和感官鉴定品质并风干样品.将样品风干后进行干物质含量、粗蛋白质、粗纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维、粗脂肪、灰分的测定,并对测定数据进行分析.试验结果表明,氨化处理随着尿素的增加使秸秆的pH得到逐渐提高;添加尿素3%、4%-化玉米秸秆处理感官鉴定品质最佳;添加尿素1%~4%处理使玉米秸秆粗蛋白质增加率为9.8%~78.5%,添加尿素4%使秸秆的粗蛋白质含量超过了反刍家畜饲料中蛋白质含量不能低于8%的限定值. The Corn straw was divided into 5 groups and packed in bags with 0, 1%, 2%, 3% and 4% urea respectively. After 34 days ammoniation, each sample was taken to do analysis on dry matter, pH and quality evaluation was made. After the samples were dried, the analysis on dry matter content, crude protein, crude fiber, ADF, NDF, crude fat, ash was made. The results showed that, the pH increased gradually as the application of Urea in- creased; the treatment of 3% and 4% urea contents were optimum for sensory evaluation; the treatment of 1%-4% urea had increased 9.8%-78.5% crude protein of corn straw. The treatment of 4% urea had increased crude protein of corn straw which exceeded the minimum requirement of 8% of crude protein for ruminant livestock.
