核-壳CdO/ZnO量子点的制备及其光学特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 量子点由于其独特的物理和化学方面的特性,正在成为物理学、生物学和材料科学等领域的研究热点.采用热注入法分解前驱体制备高品质的CdO/ZnO核壳型量子点,研究了相应的能带结构和光学特性.首先,采用水浴法(5℃)将铜铁试剂分别与醋酸镉和醋酸锌混合搅拌后生成镉和锌的铜铁试剂,利用已制备得到的镉的铜铁试剂生成CdO量子点作为核,再分解锌的铜铁试剂在CdO量子点表面生长ZnO壳层,从而制备出结晶良好的CdO/ZnO核壳型量子点.通过X射线衍射(XRD)对量子点进行了物相分析,通过透射电镜(TEM)对量子点进行了微观结构的分析,通过荧光光谱对量子点进行了能带变化的分析和通过紫外-可见光吸收光谱对量子点进行了吸收边的分析,一系列的分析表征证明了核壳结构的生成. The quantum dots (QDs) have received wide attention in the past two decades for their unique physicochemical properties,such as fluorescent property,non-linear optical property and so on.In this study,the high-quality CdO/ZnO (core/shell) quantum dots were synthesized by decomposing the precursors,and the corresponding properties were characterized and investigated.First,mixing the cupferronate with the Cd(CH3COO)2 · 2H2O or Zn(CH3COO)2· 2H2O to produce cadmium or zinc cupferronate via Chemical Bath Deposition (5℃).CdO nanocrystals were obtained by the decomposition of the cadmium cupferronate.Then,zinc cupferronate was used to obtain CdO/ZnO (core/shell) quantum dots.Furthermore,the phase analysis,the microstructure,the band structure and the absorption edge were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),Photoluminescence (PL)spectra and absorbance spectra analysis,respectively.
