摘要
针对传统的集中式控制方法在动态环境下无法提供足够的鲁棒性和柔性等问题,展开了基于Stigmergy的Holonic控制架构下的动态调度问题研究.在Stigmergy机制的基础上,通过对Ant Holon、面向动态调度的Staff Holon进行设计以及定义信息传递所需的信息素,构建了动态环境下基于Stigmergy的Holonic控制架构,提出了该架构的动态调整机制.在建立动态调度问题优化模型的基础上,给出了动态调度的一般流程,讨论了该架构下各Holon单元基于这一流程实现动态调度的协商机制.通过算例应用说明了该架构下进行动态调度的基本过程,实现了对扰动事件的满意处理.
Aiming at the problem that traditional centralized control cannot provide sufficient robustness and flexibility,the dynamic scheduling strategy under the Stigmergy-based Holonic control architecture was proposed.On the basis of Stigmergy mechanism,the Stigmergy-based Holonic control architecture was established firstly by designing Ant Holon,Staff Holon which is oriented to dynamic rescheduling and pheromone,then the dynamic adjustment mechanism of the architecture was proposed.On the basis of establishing the optimization models of the dynamic rescheduling problem,the general operating process of dynamic scheduling was given,and the negotiation mechanism of each Holon was discussed.The basic dynamic scheduling process under the architecture was illustrated by an example.The processing result of disturbances was satisfied.
