摘要
针对两个装置因现场检测元件故障引发系统联锁问题产生的原因进行了分析,并提出了解决方案,解决了因仪表故障引起的联锁停产而困扰仪表维护人员的难题,保证了装置的平稳长周期运行,同时也提高了仪表联锁信号的可靠性。
For two devices for field detecting element failure cause system interlocking reasons are analyzed , and put forward the solution , solves the interlock shutdown caused by instrument faults and problem in instrument maintenance personnel , to ensure the smooth running for a long period of time , improve the reliability of the instrument interlocking signal .
