摘要
该文提出通过高精度电涡流传感器来采集轴承表面位移信号,并使用近似熵指标对信号进行分析,最终实现滚动轴承动态质量的评估。实验结果表明,所提出的方法能够清晰地鉴别轴承损伤位置及缺陷类型,为实际生产提供了参考和依据。
This paper propose to collect surface displacement signals of bearing by high-precision eddy current sensor and use approximate entropy index for signal analysis , and ultimately assess the rolling bearing dynamic quality .Experimental results show that the proposed method can clearly identify the location and types of bearing defects , it could provide a reference to the actual production .
