摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,我国失地农民的数量和规模日益增大,成为关系经济发展和社会稳定的重大问题。目前我国失地农民社会保障制度还很不健全,本文从我国征地补偿存在的问题出发,结合部分省份在失地农民社会保障制度方面的创新,提出完善我国失地农民社会保障制度的具体措施。
The number and size of landless farmers in China are increases with the urbanization process, and has become the major issues related to economic development and social stability. At present, the social security system of landless peasants in our country is not very perfect, so this paper firstly analyzed the existing problems, next combined with the innovation of social security system for landless peasants in some provinces, and put forward specific measures to improve the social security system of landless farmers.
