摘要
[目的]了解18%烟碱·茶皂可溶性液剂的杀虫谱以及毒力强度。[方法]用浸虫浸叶法对烟蚜、萝卜蚜、苹果黄蚜进行室内毒力测定。[结果]18%烟碱·茶皂可溶性液剂对烟蚜、苹果黄蚜、萝卜蚜均有较强的毒力,8 h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为217.86、445.03、504.38 mg/L。[结论]为18%烟碱·茶皂可溶性液剂在生产上的应用提供了依据。
Objective The aim was to understand the insecticidal spectrum and toxicity of 18% Nicotine · Tea Saponin SL. [Method] The toxicities of 18% Nicotine · Tea Saponin SL on Myzus persicae （Sulzer）,Lipaphis erysimi （Kaltenbach） and Aphis citricola Van der Goot were determinationed by in-sect-dipping and leaf-dipping method in lab-oratory. [Result] The toxicities of 18%Nicotine·Tea Saponin SL on Myzus per-sicae （ Sulzer ） ,Aphis citricola Van der Goot and Lipaphis erysimi （Kaltenbach） were high,with LC50 after 8 h being 217.86,445.03,504.38 mg/L,respectiv-ely. [Conclusion] The results provided the basis for application of 18% Nico-tine·Tea Saponin SL in production.
