摘要
数控机床是一种技术含量很高的机、电、仪一体化的高效的自动化机床,数控机床的故障诊断与维修技术也在不断的发展和进步。主要通过M-VR33-39D龙门式五面加工中心修理实例来浅谈一下设备维修的过程及体会,对数控机床的机械精度的分析与调整进行了具体的分析和介绍。希望通过以上的探讨,能够为相关方面的研究提供实践性的参考。
Numerical control machine is a high-efficiency automatic machine with high technology, and integrate mechanics, electrics and equipment technology. Numerical control machine failure diagnosis and maintenance technology of NCM are also going forward. This paper carried out a detailed analysis and research on five surface milling planer M-VR33-39 to talk about experience of the process of maintain. And the article introduces and analyses the analysis of the mechanical precision and adjustment. I hope that this article discussion can provide the practice reference for related research.
