摘要
对双流板坯铸机扇形段的使用寿命进行的统计分析表明，扇形段双节辊辊缝漏水、内置旋转接头漏水、轴承润滑不良是影响扇形段寿命的主要因素。通过采用智能润滑系统，改善旋转接头和芯套密封性能等措施，使扇形段使用寿命延长了3倍。
Made a statistical analysis on the service lifetime of the segment of two-strand slab continuous casting machine. The result shows that the major factors affecting the service lifetime of segment are water leakage occurring in the roller gap, built-in rotary joint and bad bearing lubrication in the segment. The service lifetime of segment is prolonged 3 times through some measures such as adopting intelligent lubrication system, improving the performance of rotary ioint and sleeve sealing.
