南水北调中线总干渠弱膨胀土段渠岸工程施工技术

摘要 以南水北调中线一期工程总干渠磁县段第一施工标段K9+641^+920局部弱膨胀土渠堤段为例,通过对弱膨胀土渠段开挖及不同渠段采取黏土换填、砂砾料反滤层结合混凝土压盖等技术措施,达到保护渠基稳定,保证渠道衬砌结构安全的目的。经工后检测表明:渠基稳定,破坏衬砌板的隐患得到了根治,保障了工程的安全。 The local expansive soil canal embankment section of the First Construction Section K9 + 641 ~ + 920 of the main canal in Cixian County in the Phase I of South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project was taken as an example. The technical measures, including excavation of the canal section with weak expansive soil, and clay replacement, sandy-gravel filter combined with concrete capping taken in different sections, were used for the purpose of protecting the stability of canal base and securing the lining structure of the canal. The result of post-construction inspection shows that the canal base is stable and the hidden trouble damaging the lining plate is solved, thus the project safety is guaranteed.
