摘要
通过在黄沙斜面上进行不同工况的挖掘试验,对比分析了挖掘曲线的形态和特征参数,得到了挖掘时斗体在不同阶段的运动特性.研究发现:在斜坡上实现近似平挖是可行的;支撑绳上的张力对抓斗的转动运动有决定性作用能否实现平挖和作业方式也有很大关系,;只有按抓斗平行于斜坡方向的方式进行挖掘作业,并在挖掘过程中通过调整支撑绳张力的大小,才有可能实现抓斗的近似平挖.
Through lots of excavation tests in different conditions on the sand slope,and analysis of the excavating curve's shape and the characteristic parameters,the study obtained the characteristics of grab's movement when excavating in different stages.Researches show that it is feasible to achieve the flat excavation on the slope,and the support rope's tension has decisive effect to the grab's rotation when excavating on the slope.Besides,realizing flat excavation also has a lot to do with the operation way,and only when the excavating direction parallel to the slope and adjusting the size of the support rope's tension in excavating process,it will be possible to achieve the approximately flat excavation.
