摘要
为了研究和改进α-亚麻酸制剂,制备了α-亚麻酸与磺丁基醚-β-环糊精的包合物,并通过红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,通过紫外分光光度计、差示扫描量热分析与热重分析及X粉末衍射分析对其性能进行了一定的研究。结果表明:包合物属于非晶形结构,其溶解度相比α-亚麻酸得到显著提高。
In order to improve the preparation ofα-linolenic acid,sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin/α-linolenic acid complex was synthesized and characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR).Its properties were further studied by ultraviolet spectroscopy(UV),differential scanning calorimetry-thermal gravimetric analysis(DSC-TGA)and X-powder diffraction(XRD)method.The results indicated that the sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin/α-linolenic acid complex was amorphous in structure,and the solubility of the complex was improved significantly.
