摘要
指出国情和物流业发展的现状 ,决定了我国物流园区规划建设的主要目的与国外有所不同。在借鉴国外经验时必须因地制宜 ,但应遵循一些相应的原则 ;政府通过规划建设物流园区对物流企业进行宏观调控时 。
China differs from the other countries in planning and design to develop its distribution business. China should go forward in this respect in its own way while following the experience gained overseas. The government should also practice its macroscopic role of control over the distribution business while respecting its operational principles. The discussion for the rational and effective planning and design is significant and the pro condition to develop the distribution park.
