摘要
目的:观察呼吸康复训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能及运动耐力的影响。方法:将70例COPD患者随机分为实验组和对照组各35例;对照组予常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗基础上加入呼吸康复训练;比较两组患者第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC%)和6 min步行距离。结果:治疗后,实验组患者3、6、12个月FEV1、FEV1%及FEV1/FVC%的改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05),6 min步行距离也显著远于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸康复训练能显著改善COPD患者肺功能及运动耐力,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore the impact of lung function and exercise endurance in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients treated by respiratory rehabilitation training. Methods: Seventy COPD patients were divided into the experimental group (cases = 35 ) and the control group (cases = 35 ) by the computer randomized way. The patients of the control group patients were given the routine treatment, the patients of the experimental group were given respiratory rehabilitation training on the basis of the routine treatment. FEV1, FEVI% and FEV1/FVC% and 6 minute walking distance of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients were compared. Results: After treatment, the FEV1, FEV1% and FEV1/FVC% of the experimental group patients were improved significantly better than that of the control group after 3,6,12 months ( P 〈 0.05 ), the 6 rain walking distance of the experimental group patients was further than that of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The impact of lung function and exercise endurance in COPD patients trained with respiratory rehabilitation is certain and worthy of clinical application.
