摘要
以某车型纵梁后段落料连续冲裁模设计为例,详细介绍了落料模新式结构,此结构能够在普通机床上连续生产排样料片,解决了现阶段在普通机床上不能生产排样料片的技术弊端,提升了材料利用率与主机厂的生产节拍,节约了生产成本。
Taking the continual blanking die for back part of the girder in the vehicle for example, new structure of blanking die, which can be used to continuously produce layout tablets on general machine tools, was introduced in detail. In this way, technical problem at the present stage that layout tablets can not be produced on general machine tools was solved. Material utilization ratio and productivity were improved and thus saved production cost.
