摘要
本文以黑龙江省生产的婴幼儿配方乳粉作为研究对象,依据婴幼儿配方乳粉国家标准方法要求中几种致病菌的前处理方法,通过前增菌、增菌、选择性分离培养及纯化等手段,从各样品中分离出不同非目标性致病菌,并通过全自动分析生化鉴定系统对所分离出的菌株进行生化鉴定,对样品中的致病性微生物进行全面的筛查。
In this paper, the infant formula milk powder produced in Heilongiiang Province was used as the research object, and the method was based on pretreatments of several pathogentic bacterias in infant formula milk powder national standard, and the different pathogentic bacteria was separated from samples through the treatments by front increasing bacteria, increasing bacteria, selectivity separation culture, purification and so on. The separat- ed bacteria was biochemical identified by automatic analysis biochemical identified system. The identified process was overall screening for pathogentic bacteria in sample.
