摘要
27SiMn钢经过调质处理后,可以满足支架使用的力学性能,但在调质过程中,由于工件过长,使得淬火后缸筒硬度上下不均匀,从而增加缸筒在加工中的难度,经常出现镗床镗刀断裂,镗头卡在缸筒中等现象,造成人工和材料的浪费,也降低了缸筒的使用寿命。为了改善缸筒硬度上下不均匀的缺陷,通过改善调质工艺达到缸筒上下硬度基本一致,以满足缸筒的加工和使用要求。
27SiMn steel can satisfy the mechanical property of support used after quenching and tempering, but in the quenching and tempering process, due to the workpiece is too long, the up and down hardness of cylinder is nonuniform, increases the difficulty of processing cylinder. It often has problems that boring mill and boring cutter break, boring head get stuck in cylinder and so on. Causes the waste of labor and material, also reduces service life of cylinder. In order to reform the defect of which up and down hardness of cylinder is nonuniform, by improving quenching and tempering technology make the hardness of cylinder reach same, satisfies the processing requirement and operating requirements of cylinder.
