新型压裂液对阜东斜坡区头屯河地层伤害研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对阜东斜坡区头屯河地层利用胍胶压裂液进行施工时出现压裂液返排困难,压裂后不出油的问题,通过室内流动实验评价了一种在酸性条件下交联的疏水缔合聚合物压裂液。研究表明:该新型压裂液残渣含量为70 mg/L,返排效果较好,在水测渗透率为1 387×10-3μm2的填砂管中注入该压裂液的破胶液,渗透率下降13.8%;该压裂液滤液对阜东斜坡区头屯河地层岩心伤害率为3.58%,表现出较好的防膨性能;该压裂液只能在该地层特低渗和超低渗储层进行施工。现场施工5口井,地层渗透率均小于3.14×10-3μm2,施工成功率为100%,取得了较好的应用效果。 In view of the problems such as difficult fracturing fluid flowback and no oil producing after fracturing when guar gum fracturing fluid was used in Toudunhe Formation,Fudong slope area,a kind of hydrophobically associating polymer fracturing fluid crosslinks under acidic condition was evaluated by lab flow experiment. The study reveals that the new fracturing fluid has a residue content of 70 mg /L,and good flowback result; the permeability was reduced by 13. 8% when a demulsifier of the fracturing fluid was injected into a sand-filled tube with a water permeability of 1 387 × 10-3μm2; its filtrate has a damage rate of 3.58% to the Taodunhe cores taken from Fudong slope area,presenting good anti-swelling performance; the fracturing fluid can only be applied in the ultra-low and super-low permeability pay zones in the formation. The five stimulated wells,all with permeability of less than 3. 14 × 10-3μm2,had a fracturing success ratio of 100%,showing good application results.
